Grace serves as Chief People Officer, where her multifaceted approach to leadership combines strategic business acumen with genuine care. Her role oversees all aspects of HR, public relations, recruiting, and culture development, ensuring that Titan maintains its reputation for excellence while fostering an enjoyable and productive workplace environment.

Prior to starting Titan with her husband Peyton Easley, she built a distinguished decade-long career in the Workers' Compensation, Property & Casualty Insurance industry, where she sourced new business, nurtured client relationships, and delivered winning presentations that earned her multiple sales awards providing her with a unique perspective in supporting Titan Commercial's team of brokers.

Born and raised in South Louisiana, Grace relocated to Houston in 2016 and now resides in Spring Branch with her husband, Peyton, their son Tiger, and their three dogs. When not strategizing for Titan's continued growth, Grace enjoys traveling, embarking on daily adventures with Tiger, serving her church community at Christ the King Presbyterian Church, and supporting LSU and Houston sports.
